FORMER PM FLAG OFF ‘JAGUAR’

For the grandson Nikhil Kumar cinema debut the former prime minister of India HD Deve Gowda sounded clap board at the correct time between 6.03 and 6.14 pm today evening. Smt Chennamma Deve Gowda grandmother of Nikhil Kumar switched on the camera as the flowers were bestowed on the goddess photos. HD Kumaraswamy and Smt Anitha Kumaraswamy offered flowers. That marked the beginning of new era in the family of politicians.


Prior to the launch the trailer of Nikhil Kumar training with Hollywood stunt director, dance director and some stunts were featured on the big screen.


The Kanteerava Indoor stadium was fully packed with cinema and JDS political followers. It was a grand launch happened in a quick span of time. Nikhil Kumar personally greeted the guests on the occasion. It is after one year I am coming up with training. To give justice to the role, I have taken training in fight, dance etc.


Addressing the huge gathering former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda said my blessing is on my grandson. From political family this boy has come to cinema. In front of my eyes my grandson is coming to cinema. I have seen the trailer. He has done well. On the two professors who came home recently HDG reminiscence the contribution of his family members. I have dreamt that so many things would happen. It is the blessing of God he pointed.


Writer Vijaya Prasad, director Mahadev, music director Thaman, cameraman Paramahamsa, leading film personalities of Kannada cinema industry, JDS political MLAs, MLCs and senior leaders graced the occasion. The would be wife of Nikhil Kumar and parents Poornima and KCN Mohan were also present at the launch of ‘Jaguar’.
